The way TurboTax worded that allows for a lot of "reading between the lines" and gives them some wiggle-room. I suspect TurboTax/Intuit will make a decision each year on whether to continue ItsDeductible. They haven't mentioned 2023 since I suspect they don't want to over-promise, and they also likely don't even know yet themselves. However, unlike this year, they need to make their decision earlier about 2023; i.e., ideally by the new TurboTax product release in December 2022, so people can make decisions. If they decide to discontinue it next year, then they should hopefully avoid even programming a 2023 tab at all, so that people don't start entering 2023.
