What are you trying to do? If you did not file your 2018 tax return, it is too late to e-file it now, so it has to be printed, signed and mailed. And in order to print, you do have to pay TurboTax using a credit card. The fee is the same for online TurboTax whether you e-file or mail it in.
The only way to file it for free is to prepare it yourself by hand on the paper forms and mail them in.
