Moving expenses are not deductible on a federal tax return due to the tax code changes in effect for tax years 2018 thru 2025. Except for active military personnel on Permanent Change of Station orders.
Some states will still have moving expenses as a deduction and if your state is one of those it will be included in the state interview.
