Sorry--that cannot be done. You can switch a 2019 return prepared using online software to the desktop software, but you cannot do the opposite. If you prepared your 2019 return using desktop (CD/download) software, that is where it stays. It is stored on your own hard drive or any back up device you use like a flash drive.
