This is a public web site that can be seen by anyone—including scammers and would-be identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax. You can have a discussion with customer support about a refund. When you say "it didn't work"----what did not work? You cannot use that code to pay for online software. It has to be used for the CD/download. Sometimes we see users who get confused and they log on to online TT and use it by mistake and then do not understand why they are being billed and cannot pay with the code.
