This is a public user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support. No one here can know what you are referring to, and nothing account-specific can be handled here. Normally TurboTax/Intuit only takes out funds if someone chose to pay their TurboTax product fees out of their Federal refund. And the product fees are a LOT less than that amount. Are you sure there was a charge/debit of that amount that was made by TurboTax/Intuit? Look at the charge/debit description in your card account. It should say whom the charge/debit was from. Does it say Intuit/TurboTax?
You can phone TurboTax Support during the day so they can question you and figure out what you are referring to so they can investigate what's going on.
