If you are using the CD/download there is not going to be a "sign on" or "log in" when you open the program to use it. You will open TurboTax from your own hard drive after you have installed the software. Do not make the mistake of "logging on" to online TurboTax after installing the download or you will be asked to pay again. And...make sure you save your work every time you use the program. It will not be autosaved. YOU have to save the files to your own hard drive or they will be lost. They are not stored online.
