If you bought desktop software (CD/download), it has a 60-day moneyback satisfaction guarantee. If it's Online TurboTax, then as Critter-3 mentioned above, they don't commonly provide a refund for Online TurboTax, but it doesn't hurt to try. Tell them what problems you encountered, and maybe you can convince them.
