If you paid the federal taxes owed online at the IRS payment website, the change your payment method in the File section of TurboTax to pay with mailing a check. Complete and e-file the tax return and just do not mail a check.
If the IRS is rejecting your 2021 e-filed tax return for the correct 2020 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.
