If you received a 1099-B the IRS also received a copy of it, and expects to see it reported on your return.
If you omit it, you risk having the IRS "correct" your return and possibly audit or scrutinize your return more closely.
Whether you removed the money from your brokerage account is not relevant.
You should report it.
