Get your taxes done using TurboTax
@Tyresa05 wrote:I went to file my taxes through Turbo Tax for free; by the end of filling out everything, I was asked to pay $117. I did enter my credit card information but I did NOT submit it due to finding a cheaper alternative of filing. I want to dispute getting my $117 refunded back ASAP. Considering I didn’t go through and file using Turbo Tax, I shouldn’t have had to pay.
It sounds like it upgraded you from Free Edition to a paid product. That would have been a good time to seek help before paying, since we could have recommended an alternative such as the IRS Free File products. There may be something in your return that Free Edition cannot handle. Free Edition is only for simple returns; i.e., just the Form 1040 without additional forms and schedules.

Was your card charged? I can't tell for sure from that sentence if it means you didn't submit the card information after entering it, or if you meant you didn't submit the return. It's not clear what the "it" refers to.
But since you are asking for a refund, I'll assume you mean you actually did complete the purchase with the credit card and that the charges appear in your card account.
This is mainly a user community forum. Nothing account-specific can be handled here. You can phone TurboTax Support for help with this matter. If the process prompts you to summarize your issue to get to the right department, just say billing issue.
Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week
This is likely their busiest weekend of the year, however, so you may be on-hold a while.
