Sure, it's been fairly normal that everyone will be "On Duty" at this point.
BUT
Access to any kind of personal help from Agents may be overloaded due to a gazillion other people who are trying to file and get help all at the same time....and...sometimes computer systems and/or servers go down form the overload.
