TurboTax will ask about California Form 568 if you have an EIN number for your business.
- Type self-employment income in Search
- Select Jump to self-employment income
- On Your 2021 self-employed work summary, tap Review
- Tap Edit next to General info
- Under Payments and identification, edit Employer ID Number (EIN) and select No if you don’t have an EIN number
