It depends what the 1099-MISC is for. If it is income from a rental property or a royalty payment, you will need TurboTax Premier. If it is self-employment income and you have related expenses that you can deduct from the income, then you will need TurboTax Self-Employed. If it is for miscellaneous income, which is pretty much anything that is not the first two categories, you can use TurboTax Deluxe.
If you are not sure, you can always start with TurboTax Deluxe (or even Free) and the software will prompt you to upgrade when you enter a form that your current product does not support. You do not pay for the Online software until you file.
