That was for the first 2 Stimulus payments. But for the 2021 3rd Stimulus payment it is 1,400 for everyone on your return no matter how old they are. Did they send you any of the 3rd Stimulus payments? It was 1,400 per person and came out starting in March 2021. Check your bank accounts. The IRS should send each spouse a letter 6475 for half of it. Did you get any deposits or letters?
Unless your income is too high and you don't qualify for it.
When you fill out your return in Turbo Tax it will ask how much you got. Say yes or fill in the amount you did get. If you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more it will be on 1040 line 30 for the Recovery Rebate Credit.
