The question is actually asking about state and local taxes paid for tax year 2020. When you download/print your 2020 return be sure to include all forms/worksheets. You should look for Schedule A line 5a and/or the "State and local tax deduction worksheet" which will show the Schedule A line 5a amount broken down into withholding/estimated paid/paid with extension to CA categories.
