The information I entered is correct. There are only 2 lines I needed to enter from previous year 8915E (2020 Form 8915E, line 4, column b, and 2020 Form 8915E, line 17).
Do I need to answer "Yes" I received a 1099R and enter that information even though it was for the previous tax year?
If you did not receive a Form 1099-R in 2021 then you have to answer NO.
If you elected to spread the distribution over 3 years then then the boxes on the Form 8915-E on Lines 9 and 17 should not be checked.
