Please follow the steps below to fix the error:
- Login to your account.
- Go to Federal Taxes
- Go to Deductions and Credits.
- Scroll down to You and Your Family and click Start next to Child and Other dependent Tax Credit
- Click continue and on the following screen We'll start off with advance Child Tax Credit payments select No.
