Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Did you enter the same AGI for both you and your spouse?  I'm assuming you filed as Married Filing Jointly for 2020.

If not, you need to enter the AGI for each of you from your last year's return (they will be different amounts in that case).

Since we can't see your return in this forum, if you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and retry.

Make sure your spouse's info in the My Info section matches what's on their Social Security Card.

One last thing to consider; has your 2020 return been processed?  If not, that can cause an AGI error.

If you're still having trouble, we suggest that you check with the IRS to make sure that the copy of your return is the same as what they have in their records. To do this, you can order a transcript from the IRS.
