To clarify, @xmasbaby0 : The Santa Barbara Tax Group/Bank is used to process your refund when you elect to have your tax preparation fees deducted from your refund - They are TT's bank. When your refund is sent back from your bank it goes to this bank. It will either be held and then mailed from this bank or pinged back to the IRS for them to then mail it. I and many others have found that our checks were mailed from them after our bank has rejected them.
