What do I put if state isn't listed for Form 1099-DIV Schedule B?
I received two 1099-DIV forms from Fidelity. TT is asking me to enter the state (postal code) in which the interest was earned. However, Boxes 12-15 on my 1099-DIV are blank. What am I supposed to enter?
