If you want the TurboTax software to install on your personal computer you have to purchase and download one of the 2021 TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
Apparently you started one of the TurboTax online web based editions. You can just abandon the online account if you want to use the TurboTax desktop software.
