Your employer may have incorrectly entered California SDI and/or VPDI in lines 15-20 since you said they are listed as CASDI.
Those numbers may belong on line 14 of your W-2 with the categories California SDI tax and California VPDI tax.
The SDI rate is 1.1% and the VPDI rate is 1%. If that seems to match up, move one or both entries into Box 14.
