No, Connecticut gambling winnings are not subject to Connecticut income tax for nonresidents.
New Jersey does require reporting gambling winnings, but they may be offset by New Jersey gambling losses. In your case, if your New Jersey losses exceed your winnings, no reporting is required. I would maintain records of your wins and losses in case they request proof.
