It's not asking if you got 3 payments. It is only asking if you got the 3rd Stimulus payment. The 3rd Stimulus Payment EIP3 is for 1,400 per person and came out starting in March 2021. Do not count the first 2 payments. The first 2 EIP1 & EIP2 were for 2020 even if you got the second one in Jan/Feb 2021.
Double check your bank accounts and check both your IRS accounts if married to see how much the IRS sent you.
