It means I was told that since I didnt file my actual return before the cutoff by IRS, TT could at least reset my account to work on my 2020 return, then print out and mail vs e filing.
So since I could not get my file for 2020 opened up again to complete a paper return, I paid for nothing....Do you get what I trying to say?
