Get your taxes done using TurboTax
It will not matter that your spouse's social security number is on the form 8995. That is only used to identify whose tax return the form belongs to.
Form 8995 is for reporting on the Qualified Business Income Deduction (QBI). It will be associated with business income reported on your return, such as self-employed income or income reported on a K-1 schedule, or even rental income. If you are filing a joint tax return, it does not matter which social security number appears on it, but it may be associated with the individual who is associated with the K-1 or business being reported on.
