The Form 8915-E was only used for tax year 2020. It cannot be used for any other tax year.
The Form 8915-F, Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Retirements for tax year 2021 is estimated to be available in TurboTax on 03/31/2022 (possibly sooner)
