A new tax return for a different person? What are you trying to do? A tax return is your Form 1040 that you put all of your information on to send to the IRS. If you mean you received another W-2 or other tax document, that is not a "return." If you filed a tax return already and received another W-2 or some sort of 1099, etc., you have to wait until the first tax return has been fully processed. Then you amend by using a special form called a 1040X in order to add more income or make corrections to mistakes.

Or if you are using the CD/download you go up to the tool bar and click File> New Return
