I purchased Turbo Tax in January 2022.
You purchased the 2020 TurboTax software. If you are completing a 2020 tax return it cannot be e-filed. It can only be printed and mailed. As stated, e-filing for a 2020 tax return was closed after October 20, 2021.
Or are you trying to complete and file a 2021 tax return? If so, each tax year is a separate TurboTax program that has to be purchased.
