To anyone who's SELF-EMPLOYED who encountered this issue (FPL >400% w/ erroneous $1350/$2700 repayment limitation), please note that this error also impacts the self-employed health insurance deduction. While my repayment obligation (1040 Schedule 2 Line 2) is now correctly listed as my full premium tax credit ($4972), the self-employed health insurance deduction (1040 Schedule 1 Line 17) is still using the incorrect $1350.
