What kind of credit do you have from GA? If it is a credit for overpayment of taxes in 2020, you can enter it on your 2021 return in TurboTax:
- Click Start/Revisit in the Income Taxes Paid section that you will find in Federal > Deductions & Credits > Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
- Select 2020 refund applied to 2021 state taxes.
- Enter the $98 credit for GA.
