This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--but we can tell you how to reach them. But if you explain in detail your efile roadblock, someone might be able to offer a suggestion in this user forum so that you can continue to efile.
I assume you are using the desktop software (CD/download.)
- What state is it, and what/where is the roadblock?
- What is the error message you are receiving?
- Are you trying to efile the Federal and state returns at the same time, or did you previously efile the Federal return by itself?
- If you efiled the Federal return by itself, has it been accepted?
- Go through the REVIEW tab and the error check again.
- Occasionally a state form might not be yet finalized and ready for efiling. Look up your state forms in the State Forms Availability tables:
