Thank you again - but for some reason my "get the code" is not a hyperlink or in blue - just black like the rest of the paragraph.
I wish I could make a copy of the screen so people know I am not going crazy!! I just restarted my computer but that did not make a difference (which I had already figured).
I figured place of purchase should not make a difference but I cannot for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong.
