The first EIP 1 was 1200+1200 or 2,400. What did you get on 3/17 /2022? That might have been the 3rd one.
The 3rd Stimulus payment is 1,400 per person so you should have got 2,800 that started going out in March 2021. Check your bank statements for it. Yes you should each get a letter 6475 saying what you got 1,400 for each person. You can check both your IRS accounts and see if they sent it.

If you didn't get the 3rdc payment and the IRS shows they sent it then Request a trace for a missing third Stimulus payment

If you have the 2 ,800 on your return line 30 and the IRS sent it to you they will take it off and adjust your refund. or send you a bill.
