You can turn off email notifications in TurboTax by following these steps:
While in TurboTax,
Scroll down on the left-hand side of your screen,
Select Intuit Account,
Select Communications,
Scroll down and select View next to TurboTax,
Here is where you can turn off any and all notifications.
Try the following steps to ensure all TurboTax notifications are turned off:
Sign in to TurboTax,
Open your Intuit Account (lower left side of the screen)
Select Data & Privacy
Scroll until you see TurboTax
Select View
On this screen, you can turn off all notifications from TurboTax.
