Get your taxes done using TurboTax
In your situation, it is recommended that you first log out of your TurboTax Online and delete your cookies.
On rare occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser. For more information on how to delete your cookies on the browser you are using, please see How do I delete cookies?.
Then, to change your User ID or Password, you'll want to be logged in to your TurboTax online account.
- Sign in to your TurboTax account
- Select Intuit Account in the lower left corner of the screen
- Go to Sign In & Security in the Manage your Account section
- Select either User ID or Password to make changes
- Enter the new information
- Be sure to Save after entering your new user ID or password
