You have to enter 12 months for the question "how many months did the child live with you" for a child born in 2021.
- Open your tax return
- Go to My Info
- Click on Dependent
- Did the child live with you for the whole year? say yes
- You may receive third stimulus if you are otherwise qualify.
You will qualify for the full amount of the third Economic Impact Payment if you
- are a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien (and their spouse if filing a joint return), and
- are not a dependent of another taxpayer, and
- had adjusted gross income (AGI) that is not more than:
- $150,000 if married and filing a joint return or if filing as a qualifying widow or widower
- $112,500 if filing as head of household or
- $75,000 for any other filing status

Here is how to preview your tax return
1. Open or continue your return.
2. Select Tax Tools in the left menu
3. Select Tools. Next, select View Tax Summary in the pop-up, then Preview my 1040 in the left menu.
4. You will see the stimulus amount on line 30 of your tax return
