Do the two amounts equal what is in box 1? If so, add them together and enter as one.
Did you have tips, if so, did the employer split the amounts between wages and tips? If this is the case, you can add the numbers together and enter it as one.
If there are two different states under the section for state taxes, click add another state.
If you are not sure why, then you can contact your employer to find out what the two numbers are for or possibly get a corrected W2.
