It appears Turbo Tax is filing my return without the explanation to form 2210. I have completed the explanation to form 2210 and refile but continuously gets rejected for no explanation. After the last rejection I opened the program as was told the return had been fixed and to refile. It was again rejected after 15 minutes with a note an explanation had to be attached to 2210. Don't know how to get Turbo Tax to submit the explanation with the return. Any thoughts?
