When you have your return opened, search for stimulus and use the Jump to stimulus link to be taken to the questions. If you search stimulus and you are not taken to the Recovery Rebate section, that means that either:
- Your adjusted gross income number is too high to qualify for the credit or
- You can be claimed as a dependent on another taxpayer's tax return.
You can check your dependent status in the Personal information (My Info left side menu) section and you can double check your AGI by previewing your Form 1040 and looking at Line #11.
