I couldn't file the state because NC hadn't added something and we had to wait till they did. I got the message to download the new update and then I could file. But I got the transmission error message. I've changed phone numbers and cleared cache rebooted.
The North Carolina Individual Income Tax Return Form D-400 is not yet available for e-filing. It is estimated to be available on 02/24/2022
