Hi . I recently helped my aunt file her taxes on turbo tax/Inuit. As I do mine with the same services. But I set up her username and such but the email I put down is not her correct email. I accidentally forgot to add several letters to the end of the email (trying to change on the settings) and due to the fact I didn't verify the email I put . I'm not able to change it to the correct email address so I can finish filing her state taxes portion. Please help. I was trusted to help and messed it up. It's a pandemic and money is harsh to come by so we were expecting it to be perfect when finishing the taxes but with my mistake it'll take longer for us to e-file and get it processed.
