I also refiled with H&R Block last night. I was accepted in 2 minutes and paid less. I haven't requested my Turbo Tax refund yet, but I'm going to. I've been with TT for 10 years. I'm DONE with them. They knew about the problem and still allowed people to file (while blaming the IRS) causing ENORMOUS stress and frustration.
If you want peace of mind, file elsewhere. However, we do run the risk of not being refunded, but I don't care. I feel better knowing my return is with the IRS and my refund is in the queue for payment.
