There is nowhere on the federal tax return to report a Form 1095-C or Form 1095-B. Additionally the penalty for not having health care coverage was removed from the tax code.
If you paid for health insurance and there is a deduction or credit on your state tax return for that payment then it should be covered in the state program interview.
