You may have some type of other income worksheet carrying over from a previous year. To see if this is the problem, click Tax Tools>>Tools>>Delete a Form>then look for any income worksheets such as a 1099 other than your 1099 R that you entered for your retirement or W-2. If you find a sheet for income other than the 2 items you entered, click delete next to that sheet.
If that does not work you can try clearing your cache and cookies.
