@AWolfe2 Yes, as @VolvoGirl has described in her answer (thanks, Volvogirl), you will need to fill out and return a W-9 that is requested of you.
They will issue you an informational form, which in essence is a check-and-balance that the IRS looks for to make sure you're reporting all of your income. Sorry if I misunderstood your question. Best of luck!
