I received $4,972 in 2021 health insurance subsidies. My 2021 income ended up well above the 400% FPL threshold (~$350k) so I believe, per instructions of IRS Form 8962 Line 28, that I must repay the entire subsidy. However, Turbotax shows "Repayment limitation" and "Actual amount you have to pay back" both as $1350. I understand that the recovery act waived subsidy repayments for 2020 but I don't believe this applies to 2021. Can someone help me reconcile?
