Correct, the import is not working right now.......supposed to be worked on this week, so come back and try next weekend

Your directions are OK for desktop users...but, it's just well known from many posts, that an ItsDeductible import isn't working at all right now for "Online" software users, and has not worked since implementation of the 2021 software.
