Broker statements cannot be imported usually until mid February at the earliest and the other 1099s only when the issuer makes them available in the import portal. Talk to the issuer to see when the info will be available. If you have the paper copy already you can just enter it manually as it only takes a minute. And all imported information needs to be reviewed carefully for accuracy ... the program is not responsible for import errors.
